Frequently Asked Questions

When can I buy a subscription?
Subscriptions are available for a limited time at the start of each season, usually in July and August.

How do I purchase a subscription?
Call the Box Office at (440) 247-8955, or go online. Please have ready a list of the dates you would like to attend each show. You can also choose from one of several packages of preselected dates.

What if I can’t attend a performance on the date I selected?
You may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show. Please call the Box Office or go online. Note that we cannot guarantee availability of the same seats. If you find you are unable to attend any performance of that show, we suggest giving your tickets to a friend or family member.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes, but only if you make your purchase at the beginning of our season.

Can I use my flex pass to bring friends or family to the theatre?

Are there any restrictions on my flex pass?
Just a few. A flex pass may be used only at the venue for which it was purchased for (Main Stage or River Street Playhouse), and it is valid only for the current season. Passes that go unused cannot be transferred to the following season.

Can I buy a flex pass as a gift?
Yes, but keep in mind that flex passes expire at the end of a season, while a gift certificate is valid for a full calendar year after it is purchased. A gift certificate can also be redeemed at either of our venues and, unlike a flex pass, can be used for most special events.
