Theatre Parties for Fun and Fundraising

Bringing a group to Chagrin Valley Little Theatre is not only a great way to enjoy quality entertainment at even lower prices, but it's also a unique and fun way to entertain corporate guests or recognize outstanding employees. You can even pre-purchase a block of seats to re-sell as a fundraiser for your group or organization. Our group discounts start at just 10 people! The savings are as follows:

  • 10 to 20 seats - 10% discount
    21 to 30 seats - 15% discount
    31 to 40 seats - 20% discount
    41 to 50 seats - 25% discount
    51 to 60 seats - 30% discount
    61 and up seats - 35% discount

  • * Group Sales discounts are applied to the regular adult ticket prices only. Senior/Student tickets are already sold at a reduced rate and do not qualify for group discounts in addition.

Flexible Payment Options - Options are available to help finalize your group’s plan from our ‘Seat Guarantee’ option which locks in your seat locations with a deposit, or go with the ‘No Deposit’ option which guarantees a quantity of seats for a specific performance (seat locations are not assigned until final payment is received).  Final payment is due two weeks prior to the performance.  We accept checks, cash, Master Card, Visa.

Personalized Service - From the first phone call until you are greeted upon arrival, we will make your guests feel right at home!  If any member of your group has special needs in regard to hearing, sight or mobility, we will make every attempt to accommodate their requirements.

House Specials

Add some spice to your event when you have a group of 20 or more attending you will receive a “free” pre or post party in the River Room.  CVLT will provide wine and cheese or coffee and desserts for your groups as a thank-you for supporting the theatre with your group attendance.  You will also receive a special discounted ticket price. (Not Valid on Opening or Closing performance nights)

Fundraisers

Fundraisers Use Chagrin Valley Little Theatre for fund-raising opportunities. Purchase a block of seats at group discounted rates and then charge an added price that your organization would like to collect for fund-raising purposes.

For example, a regular $14 ticket is sold at a 20% group rate of $11.20. Your organization can charge $20 and collect the difference for your fund-raising needs. Please note that your organization would be responsible for selling these tickets and collecting the money.

Contact the theatre and request a particular show for your fund-raiser. This should be done as far in advance as possible. A 50% deposit is required when booking and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the performance. A total of 262 tickets (Main Stage seating capacity) may be sold.

  • Gather a minimum of 10 friends, employees, or other guests
  • Select your performance date and time

  • Provide 20% of the ticket total, with the balance due within two weeks of the performance date, or a single payment for all tickets. Your seats will be assigned when full payment is received.

All orders are subject to ticket availability. Plays, dates and times are subject to change. Group tickets are subject to blackout after shows have opened. ORDERING EARLY GUARANTEES THE BEST SEATS AT THE BEST PRICES. After receipt of full payment, tickets will be mailed or available for pick-up at the Box Office. Cancellations and Refunds must be at least 30 days prior to the performance date in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued 2 weeks following the cancel date. Cancellations due to weather are transferable to another performance date. All Sales Are Final.
