2. Complete the form.
3. Mail to the following address (with your check if not paying by credit card):

Online Ordering Instructions

1. Enter your name, email address and phone number below.
2. Fill in your desired text for the brick size you wish to order.*
3. Click "Continue". You will be redirected to our ticketing and donation area.
4. If you have purchased tickets or donated through our site in the past, you can simply log in. Otherwise you'll be required to create an account.
5. You will be asked to confirm your address for our records before continuing.
6. On the donation screen, please fill in the following:
   1. "DONATE NOW " box - enter the value of your chosen brick size ($75, $150, or $300)
   2. "APPEAL" - select "Brick" appeal from the options
   3. Enter your credit card number and expiration date
   4. Click "Contribute"
