80 Years of Knockin' 'Em Dead

Directed by Greta Rothman
Written by Andrew & Greta Rothman

Chagrin Valley Little Theatre has produced over a hundred musicals in it's eighty seasons of operation. In honor of the anniversary, over a dozen familiar leading characters from these musicals have been summoned to the stage for a benefit concert. The odd array of personalities make life hell for the director and staff, but the situation takes a fatal turn when the overworked costumer is found murdered on the stage.

Who's to blame? Was it the gunslinging 'Curly' from Oklahoma? Perhaps the lunatic swordsman 'Don Quixote' from Man of La Mancha? And what about the bloody-handed 'Maria' from West Side Story and the overpowering 'Mama Rose' from Gypsy? It's up to the audience to help Inspector Gotcha and Detective Ketchum crack the case!
